Dear Potential 2012 Camp STIX Volunteer,

Registration for Program Staff is closed. We still have a few openings for MASH and DISH. If you're interested in those postions, don't delay! Register today.

We’re excited to be planning for Camp STIX 2012 at our new campsite -- Riverview Bible Camp. You are invited to join our volunteer staff!  This year’s dates are July 14-21, with the campers arriving on the 15^th.  We’d love for you to consider joining us, and to complete our application process, which involves the following steps:

1) Prepare to Register.

Please read the following documents.  You are not responsible to do anything with these forms at this time, other than previewing them. There are details you will need to understand before agreeing to their contents on the application website.

2) Register online.

Enter all the information as completely as possible. Your information will be secure, and will be maintained in our database by the Camp Leadership Team.

3) Check your email often (enable messages from our registration website).

Since we will be communicating with you almost entirely by email, it is very important that you keep your email address current with us, and that you check for messages regularly.  If your email address changes, please inform us via the Camp email address: campstix@gmail.com and let your team director know.

3) When you receive email confirmation of your registration, please download the attached Physician Release form. 

This must be completed by all volunteer staff applicants. It needs to be signed by your health care provider and returned to us by June 29.  If you have a problem with completing this exam, please contact us directly, so we can help you solve this problem.

3) Your team’s Director (Program, Nutrition or Medical) will contact you by email to give you instructions on how to proceed.

In selecting our volunteers for this year, we’ll be taking into account your talents and experience, your history with Camp STIX, and the number of days you’re available to be with us.  Your Director will inform you about your department’s particular selection process, and also about orientation activities and other preparations which you can accomplish during the months leading up to camp.
