Favorite Meal: I love the french toast, absolutely delicious!

Favorite Experience: Meeting everyone! Everyone is always positive and happy so it's easy to become fast friends with them.

Favorite Song: Besides from "Friends With You" my favorite one is "A-Boom-Chica-Boom."

How has Camp Helped You? Camp STIX has made me realize how easy the basic management of diabetes can be, all it takes is a little time,a lot of persistence, and the right mind set.

Favorite Activity: That is definitely Message to Garcia! Or skit night! Or Icebreakers!

Favorite Meal: the best meal would be the BBQ.

Favorite Experience: just being able to go to camp is the all time experience.

Favorite Song: tater tot, it makes me laugh

How has Camp Helped You? it has helped me to show that i am not alone with this disease, and that i can do things that i think i could never do, like put a site in my leg and in my arm by myself.

Favorite Activity: my favorite activity would be field games, all the way.

Favorite Meal: I LOVE everything there but the thing I love the most is there Pancakes. :)

Favorite Experience: When I did the worm in front of the whole camp last year when the two brothers came and put on a show for the whole camp... You may remember me as Girlie

Favorite Song: The Squirrel Song because I love how funny that song was and i still remember all the words to it.

How has Camp Helped You? It has helped me believe that one day there will be a cure because so many volunteers that go there are none diabetics but they still care alot so there must be more people like that out in the world.

Favorite Activity: When we do Message to Garcia, its the funnest game ever..

Favorite Meal: i dont know that is a tough one they are all really good.

Favorite Experience: umm i would have to say when someone left the door open to our cabin so there were a ton of bugs on our ceiling and whoop started vacuming them off the ceiling and it just made it way worse cause they would just fall on our bed. wow that was a long funny night.

Favorite Song: doodely doo cause i can finaly do the hand motions

How has Camp Helped You? it has helped me look at it less as a disease and more as a way to meet really cool people and life long friends

Favorite Experience: my favorit all-time camp experieance was probobly geting to meet new friends.

Favorite Song: probobly peanutbutter and jelly I don't really know why though I guess its just a really fun song.

How has Camp Helped You? Its helped me know that it really dosent hurt to do shots below your back

Favorite Activity: probobly crafts because I made a pictur frame and it's hanging in my room with a pictur of me and my camp friends and one of my camp counslers, Lasso.

Favorite Experience: The best experience is the atmosphere at camp when the campers arrive. All the counselors have a smile on their face already knowing the frightened kid is going to have the time of their life, there's the new faces eager to get to know you, and the old friends who go right back to your side no matter the changes about you. Everyone's smiles, all the time, throughout the week, make my favorite camp experience.

Favorite Meal: If you want the truth I have never had a bad Campt Meal. It is all absolutely scrumpshalicious.

Favorite Experience: My Favorite all-time Camp Stix experience was when I was when I was first at camp. I was a little kid(well I really dont know if me or any other camper/counsler at Camp Stix really can ever grow up. Its just too much fun being a kid.) I was a scared. It had been the first time i had been away from home for a long period of time, and it was a long way at that. Yet even though I was scared within the first five minutes of being with the counslers and all of cabin-mates, everyone is always so friendly that i had too much fun to be scared.

Favorite Song: I LOVE all of the camp songs. Even if I cant always sing all of them.

How has Camp Helped You? Camp Stix has helped me with my diabetes by teachin me them in a fun enviromeant so I actually wanted to pay attention.

Favorite Activity: My favorite camp activity is the big games that the whole camp plays together Like the games A.W.O.L., capture the flag!!, and other such like that.

Favorite Experience: Joining Stix staff was awesome!!

Favorite Song: I love singing "Friends" at all the campfires, it's a really emotional song at the end of camp every year.

How has Camp Helped You? Camp Stix gives me something to look foward to with my diabetes. I always know camp friends will be there to help me with diabetes and my life.

Favorite Activity: I loved playing AWOL as a camper (never found in 5 years) and finding all of my campers this year was great.

How has Camp Helped You? I am not diabetic but my twin brother is and it has helped me understand what he goes through every day. I even gave myself a shot last year to feel what it would be like.

How has Camp Helped You? Teach me about better control. I learned to give myself shots when I was younger and last year I learned how to change my pump site.

Favorite Activity: All of them! It is so much fun at camp.
